COMMERCIAL CHEMISTS AND ENGINEERING
Our team of in-house engineers and chemists gives HOYER a significant competitive advantage in the market. Our so-called “commercial chemists” ensure that the interaction between the product being transported and the tank container material is appropriate. They manage product-specific requirements and review transport-related inquiries for a wide range of products. Based on analyses and product specifications, they determine the most suitable container type, with material compatibility always taking top priority.
HOYER stores all product information in an internal database, which currently includes around 80,000 products, each with detailed specifications, chemical compatibility data, and logistics handling requirements. This information can be accessed instantly, allowing us to recommend the optimal transport container for your product.
If a ready solution is not available, our chemists conduct research on alternative materials and provide their recommendations to our engineers, who then develop specifications for new tank construction. Customized equipment solutions are subsequently developed in collaboration with external tank container manufacturers and chemical laboratories.
Our engineers perform continuous quality testing during the production of new tank containers, supported by comprehensive technical consultancy from start to finish.
