For users in Mainland China, we currently do not support your use of the HOYER Connect customer portal.

2.1 Storage and retention period of personal information

In accordance with applicable data protection laws, we store the personal information collected within Mainland China in locations within Mainland China. We retain your personal information until you request us to delete it, you withdraw your consent, or the purpose for processing the personal information no longer applies.
