Choose from a variety of different IBC tote types to store and transport cosmetics products or ingredients for the cosmetics industry. With a capacity of between 400 and 1,100 liters, you can use our stainless steel containers for cosmetic production processes, in-house needs or for charter transport to supply machines. The large containers also offer a flexible solution as industrial packaging. On request, our IBC totes are available with UN certification or CE certification, as a result of which they are also approved for the transport of flammable cosmetics products. On request, we can modify our IBC totes individually according to your needs, so the IBC totes can also be operated under a pressure of up to 2 bar, for example.

IDEAL TRANSPORT CONTAINERS FOR COSMETICS 

Our standard range includes aseptic, cubic and heatable IBC totes. Our IBC totes for cosmetics products can be equipped with different outlet connections, customized sealing systems, modifications to the manhole lid or even with different sealing materials. Special equipment is available on request. 

Our aseptic containers for low-germ transport are the optimal solution to safely and securely store cosmetic liquids and personal care products. They are available in various stainless steel grades and capacities, and are suitable for high-viscosity products such as creams and personal care products. The 90° angle of inclination allows the IBC tote to be emptied almost without leaving any residue.

The Meter Cube is a practical, sustainable alternative to plastic IBC totes for cosmetics packaging and storage thanks to its cubic shape and flat design. Its construction makes it stackable and particularly space-saving. It is available with a capacity of 1,000 liters.

Electrically heatable IBC totes with electric heating and insulation are also available for temperature-controlled cosmetic raw materials such as paraffins or waxes, adhesives and fatty alcohols. The 2000-watt heater allows temperatures up to 120°C.
