INTERMEDIATE BULK CONTAINERS
With our fleet of more than 60,000 intermediate bulk containers (IBC totes), HOYER offers the chemical, foodstuffs and cosmetics industries in China an ideal alternative to drums and tank containers to support bulk goods transport and container logistics for their liquid products. These small containers are available in various stainless steel grades, designs and sizes, some with agitators, heating and dangerous goods approval.
LITTLE ALL-ROUNDERS
Our IBC fleet consists of standardized IBC types as well as a large number of individual small containers with the necessary accessories. The IBCs are available in various volumes between 400 liters and 1,100 liters. With this capacity, they are ideally suitable for IBC transport and storage of chemical products, liquid foodstuffs or food additives, as well as cosmetic products. Thanks to flexible terms of lease, our IBCs are versatile in use for bulk container logistics and efficient product handling. For batch movements in production, our IBCs offer a space-saving means of bulk packaging. This allows packaging material to be reduced.

Particularly in demand with our customers are heatable IBCs for the food industry, cylindrical containers for the paint and coating industries, and pressure containers – so-called Mini Pressure Tanks (MPTs) for specialty chemicals. The stainless steel containers are cleaned according to the highest sustainability standards and are thus reusable and particularly long-lived. From distribution and storage to maintenance and cleaning in our depot network, we take over parts of your supply chain, or even complete fleet management.

CLEANING
IBCs are cleaned in a product-specific way. Audited IBC tote cleaning facilities throughout the world, together with exceptionally well-trained staff, ensure high hygiene standards and guarantee clean containers. As with all our services, we offer cleaning both for our own IBCs and for customers’ IBC totes. Our services include:
- Product-specific cleaning, including certification
- Uniformly-standardized cleaning processes
- Tests to determine sterility on request
- Environmentally-correct product residues disposal
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR
We can depend on a high-performing, global IBC maintenance network for our technical services. All depots operate in accordance with the rules and regulations of the IBC approval authorities, and implement our high quality standards. You can rely on that. Our services include:
